Prospect Junction Residential Enclave

Prospect Junction Residential Enclave is a continuation of the Prospect Junction feasibility / vision study for Crested Butte Mountain Resorts that took a more specific look a the residential / townhome component. The concept revolved around keeping the cars out of site and out of mind, by taking then under ground and devoting the grade level to the pedestrian and green space. All of the units are connected by an underground driveway system with individual garages for each unit. With the automobile removed the on-grade spaces were devoted to a series of high-alpine gardens and park areas, both passive and active.
